DevOps is all about collaboration between developers and operations people, and that is a Good Thing. But what about product managers, analysts, graphic designers, marketing managers, customer support reps? How do you foster collaboration within the *whole* company? At Wooga, we use a two-pronged approach: (1) We have many small teams, that are independent from each other. (2) We use a number of tricks to increase communication across teams. In this talk, I will share some of these simple and easy-to-emulate recipes with you, and explain how they help us take DevOps to the next level.
