This document describes the cranial features of a Rhodesian Man fossil specimen dated to around 25,000 years ago. It had a moderate forehead, wide-set eyes, robust eyebrow ridges, no indentation below the eyes, a slight ridge along the top of the skull, and a large triangular nasal opening. The cranium was rounded with a low, flat forehead, robust face, and small brain capacity comparable to modern humans. This specimen provided rare evidence of dental decay and infection in a Paleolithic-era skull.
