Dr David Patton a Principal Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University conducted a drug prevalence survey in 2014 with University students in a large city in the North West of England. Findings show a high level of accommodation of legal and illegal drugs including study drugs and new psychoactive substances.

…Online drugs are incredibly cheap. Some websites have
reward systems so if you buy a certain amount over a
certain period you earn points which lower the price of
future orders. This is my main reason for not buying
cocaine - it is expensive and I can find drugs online that
are cheaper, legal and have the same effect.”
