8. Interview people one to one
Invite your members to a local meeting to interview each other using Survey Questions
At the meeting, show Project Video/Presentation to introduce the purpose of the project
Invite members to select whether they want to be Interviewer, Interviewee or Reporter
Ask them to get into groups of three (one Interviewer, Interviewee & Reporter)
Give them 45 minutes to ask the questions & answer & document the answers

9. Walk around the room to check everyone understands what to do

19. Write a precarious poem
Create a poem about issues on how it feels being out of work, find a job or make a living
Each person submits two lines that rhyme
We will connect up the different submissions to turn them into a poem
You can scribble it down however it comes to you, even if it doesn’t initially rhyme

20. Your role is to ask the interviewee the Survey Question and make sure they’ve understood
the exercise and your questions
Concentrate on the answers from the interviewee
If you feel they want to talk more about a question, ask them to tell you more
Question anything you don’t understand from the interviewee
At the end of the interview
Ask them at the end if there is something you haven’t asked they’d like to share
Thank them for participating, ask them for their email address so they can check the
interview, get a self assessment and find out how they can get more involved in the
Project
