Many Japanese people, especially managers,
hates selfish guy.

Teachers said, “Cooperation is the most
important ability” in my schools.

So, Japanese management style is over-
focued in cooperativeness.

It might be good for fostering
Kaizen culture.

It might be good for Kaizen culture, but ...

     Who will invent brand new ideas?

     Who will implement these ideas?
