User Experience has become fundamental in web-based products and applications, and the role of the Product Manager now requires familiarity with new techniques, jargon and workflows. On top of that, understanding what separates great UX people from mediocre ones is hard without a profound knowledge of the subject. This presentation was given at P-Camp 2011 Silicon Valley hosted by Ebay, exposing the 10 things to know about UX and the people that do it right.
