Tasting Notes
This Junmai Namazume is very rich in
texture and will surprise the tongue with
every sip. The entry is smooth and the
middle has a nice bite that quickly turns
sweet with caramel notes then finished
super dry and clean.

Has the nose of Bagasse (sugarcane stalks)
and other grassy notes.

  Mildly sweet

  Serve and store Chilled.
Talking Points
Namazume is a sake that is only pasteurized
once right before storage. Sake is normally
pasteurized twice once before storing and
once before shipping.

Hiyaoroshi is a Namazume that released in
the fall. a tradition that started in during the
Edo Jidai [           1603-1868]

Recommended Dishes
As this is very sweet and pleasant to drink it
is a great stand alone sake.
