When travelling, everyone, even superheroes, have their kryptonite.
As an example, we chose the case of a young couple with a newborn whose weakness is represented by the difficulty of visiting a city that lacks in accessibility, equipment and services for infants and families.
The service addresses this need and it’s provided ideally by the local administration (in our case Rome Municipality) that guarantees the respect of settled standards for facilities companies and service providers.
The service could be replicated for different situations and other travel constraints such as food restrictions, religious beliefs, pets, and so on.
